ADMISSION EXAMINATION

Admittance: July 8, 10:00 a.m. - "Caetani" Castle
Participants in the Course are required to perform a free programme of works for solo double-bass, for about 20 minutes. Participants who won’t pass the admission examination may attend the Course of double-bass technique, which will be held by Mrs. Mirela Vedeva. During this Course preparation to study the basis technique of the concerts and orchestral literature will be studied. M. Petracchi may hold some lessons to the students of this course. Please note that disponiblity (limited) of good tools for the study provided by the organization of courses for foreign students.

Application forms, accompanied by a passport-sized photograph and copy of a personal document, should be addressed to:

Applications should be received before June 20 2013. A non-refundable application fee of 40,00 Euros for Active Students and Listeners, should be enclosed with each application, in the form of a Euro-denominated banker's draft or other negotiable instrument (wire transfer to Banca Popolare di Fondi, BIC code POFOIT3FXXX, IBAN IT 76 L 05296 14700 CC0080042292, account 42292). The bank transfer tax must be paid by the students. The student's name, address and the course he or she wishes to attend, should be included with the payment. The application fee is the same for candidates wishing to attend more than one course.

PARTICIPATION FEES

Participation fees are shown in the list of Courses and must be paid in advance, in Euro. It is not possible to pay fees by instalment, or to refund them. Students should be aware that at present there are no banking facilities in Sermoneta.

CHARGES

Course participants will may take meals at the Caetani Castle at a weekly rate per person of € 126. Subject to availability of rooms, accomodation is at the weekly rate of € 112.
